Questions sellers ask
Do I need product photos?
No. Photos help, but you can start with just a list. Products without a photo show a plain placeholder and we flag them, so you can add one later.
Will my Excel or Tally export work?
We read Excel, CSV, PDF and photos. You see what we found before anything goes into your catalog, and anything we cannot read is left empty and flagged, never guessed.
What happens when my prices change?
Change the price in your catalog and your link shows the new price straight away. Send the PDF again if you want buyers to have the new file.
Who can see my catalog?
Anyone with your link, once you switch it live. Until then it is private. Buyers choose whether to allow analytics; if they decline, the catalog and enquiries work the same.
Is it really free?
During the beta, yes: 3 catalogs, each with a small "Made with Catalogzy" mark on its pages and PDF. Paid plans are coming soon.
